Apartman Student is a modern luxury student residence.

The complex was delivered on a turnkey basis at the end of August 2012. The residence has 115 luxury student rooms.

Accommodation in double, triple, and quadruple (2 + 2) rooms is possible. The rooms have new modern furniture. On the territory of the residence, there is a restaurant and a student club.

Room furniture. All rooms are furnished with modern high-quality equipment: private bathroom, refrigerator, tables, wardrobes, beds, Internet access, kitchen (shared per floor). Bed linen is changed every 14 days.

Infrastructure. The residence complex itself has everything for interesting and comfortable student life: a restaurant, a music club, halls for cultural and sports events, a sauna, billiards, 24-hour vending machines with drinks and food, a laundry, and a copy center. Parking on the territory is free.

The complex is located in a student town, in the picturesque part of Prague – Kunratice, where about 5 thousand students live. The area has a developed infrastructure and excellent opportunities for outdoor and sports activities. Near the residence, there is Sheberak lake, a football and a volleyball field, indoor tennis courts. Also, there is a clinic, a solarium, and a big shopping center Chodov nearby.

Public transport and location:

There are bus lines 193 and 177 in 50 meters from the residence. From the Volha bus stop, it is about 4 minutes drive to the Chodov metro station (red line C). Buses run from 4:45 am to 12:00 am on weekdays, eight times per hour. Night bus 511 also goes to the Volha stop.

You can get to the center of Prague easily and quickly, the road will take 30 minutes.
