Where can you go if you complete the program?

Teaching methods
Depending on the faculty and specialty, you must pass the national comparative exam in Fundamentals of Social Sciences ZSV SCIO or an internal exam of the faculty. The difficulty for a foreign applicant is the lack of knowledge of the history and culture of the Czech Republic, the political system, the economic situation in the country. In schools in the CIS countries, the social studies program does not include many topics that are studied in Czech schools. To enroll in a humanities major, you need to master a large amount of material in political science, sociology, economics, philosophy and history.
The program "Admission to Charles University" includes an analysis of typical exam questions. Students study previously unfamiliar topics and actively work with literature on social sciences.
Preparation for the test on general prerequisites for learning involves an in-depth study of the vocabulary of the Czech language, the development of logical thinking, improving reading skills and working with numbers.

“I really love foreign languages, so I decided to enroll in the Faculty of Philosophy at Charles University. It is the most respected university in the Czech Republic, so I didn’t even think about choosing anything else. Before enrolling, I had already lived in the country for a year, but I still hadn’t mastered the language on my own, since we speak exclusively Vietnamese at home. Thank you to the GoStudy teachers for believing in me and helping me fulfill my dream!”
